Shipping policy
Service
All of our smaller parcels are shipped via Royal Mail 48 in the UK. Larger parcels will be shipped Parcelforce. Tracking details will be shared with you when you place your order. Delivery time is 2-3 working days and for orders placed after 1pm, please add an extra day for packing. Most customers receive their order around 3 days after placing it.
Please note that 48hrs delivery time is the aim and is not guaranteed. For personalised orders, please see below.
Your order will come wrapped in paper and cardboard for easy recycling or reuse. We minimise the amount of waste by always using as efficient packing as possible.
